Reserve Your Trip

Our Reservation Policies

When we confirm your reservation, this is our promise to reserve your seat, needed equipment and guide.... often causing us to turn away other folks. Because there is little margin for the loss of unexpected cancellations and to uphold the quality of our trips, we have adopted the following policies:

• All trips are reserved upon receipt of a $25 per person, non-refundable deposit.

• All trips must be paid in full 14 days prior to your trip date.

• Once you have paid in full, the entire cost of your trip is non-refundable.

• We are always happy to reschedule your trip; however, if you give us 14 days notice or less, a $25 per person rescheduling fee will be assessed.  You will have one month from your original trip date to provide us with your new reservation.

• If you need to replace one or all of the members in your party, that's OK!  Just give us a heads-up so we know who to expect.

• All trips run rain or shin!  NO REFUND FOR NO-SHOWS!  If we cancel the trip due to poor weather, low river levels, or other reasons that affect your safety, we will reschedule you, free of charge, for another date or refund you in full.

• Walk up and short notice reservations are welcome and accommodated on space availability.

• Group discounts, and custom or private trips available. We also have child & senior discounts and special rates for non-profit organizations.

• All individuals must sign a liability release form before participating on our raft trips

• Please make reservations early to insure your choice dates.
