Skagit River Fall Colors Float
Trip
Celebrate Fall on the Skagit River!
The
float down the Skagit River in the fall is a perfect way to enjoy the
spectacular colors of autumn and view the late spawning salmon. A great way to
celebrate the season and view the natural beauty of the Skagit, you'll discover
the amazing Skagit.
Our personable guides are very knowledgeable
about this area and the river. Many of them have been guiding
for 10 years or more and they fully enjoy sharing this wonder with visitors.
Very adept at spotting plant and wildlife your guide will relate the rich
history and ecology of the Skagit. This 8-10 mile float covers the area where
you will be able to view the best scenery.
The trip takes about 4 hours and is suitable
for all ages (6 and up) as there is no white water. Bring your cameras for the many
photo opportunities.
Meet in Concrete, Washington where prior to embarking on
your safe inflatable raft our guides will brief you with our safety talk
about this trip.
We provide shuttle
service, life jackets and extra rain ponchos when necessary.
