Skagit Fall Colors Float Trip:

Season: Mid September through November ~ be sure to reserve your trip in advance, weekends fill up very quickly!

Meeting Place: Meeting Place: Meet at the Eagles Nest Motel, on the East Side of Concrete, WA on Highway 20.

Driving Directions: Driving time from Seattle allow 2.5 hours, from Tacoma 3 hours. Take I-5 North to Burlington go East on Hwy 20 to Concrete.

Trip Times: Meet at 10 AM unless other arrangements have been made.

What to wear: Proper Clothing is very important / Remember You lose your heat through your head and your feet!

• Synthetic or wool long underwear next to your skin.
• Wool or synthetic polar fleece sweater and pants
• Water repellent rain pants & Jacket with hood or Poncho
• Warm HAT
• Gloves or Mittens
• Thick Wool or Polar Fleece Socks
• Rubber insulated boots, hip waders, after-ski Boots, etc.
• Leave dry clothes in your car for the end of the trip.

What to bring: Camera, Binoculars or Video camera  in a plastic bag. We can supply dry bag if needed.  You may also want to bring your lunch or a snack if you have not signed up for a lunch trip.
